1. The service
EasyToken provides API access to third-party AI models for video, image, audio and text generation. By creating an account or using an API key you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage made with them. Tell us at once if you think a key has been exposed; you can revoke keys in the dashboard.
3. Credits and payment
Usage is paid from prepaid credits at the price shown for each model when a task is created. Failed tasks are refunded to your balance. Credits are not refundable for cash except where the law requires it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, content that impersonates real people without their consent, malware, or spam, or to break the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to your inputs and outputs, subject to the licences of the underlying models. You are responsible for how you use outputs.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is". Upstream providers may change or retire models; we will give notice where we can.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
