This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the site, create an account or use the API. EasyToken does not offer chat models.
2. Information we handle
We handle account details such as your email address and authentication records; API keys and account settings; model requests, prompts, settings, submitted media and returned outputs; task state, costs, credit balance and purchase records; support communications; and technical data such as IP addresses and request metadata needed to operate and protect the Service. Payment information is processed through our payment provider; do not send payment card data in prompts.
3. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate requests, submit and track generation jobs, show results, calculate and reconcile prepaid credits, process purchases, respond to support requests, protect against misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Upstream processing and service providers
To fulfill a generation request, we transmit the prompt, chosen settings and any submitted media needed for the job to Kie.ai, our upstream API provider. Upstream providers may process requests and outputs to deliver the selected model. Provider terms and processing locations may vary. We also use payment and infrastructure providers to operate the Service. Do not send sensitive or confidential material unless you have authority to share it with these providers.
5. Sessions and records
The site uses a session cookie for account access. We keep records as needed to operate accounts, tasks, credit balances, billing and support, and to meet applicable obligations. Upstream providers may apply their own retention practices. We do not promise a fixed output-link lifetime or deletion schedule here. Download outputs you need to retain.
