1. Agreement and service
These Terms govern your use of easytoken.si and the EasyToken wholesale API operated by AI AGENT AUTOMATION LLC (“EasyToken,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, purchasing credits or using an API key, you agree to these Terms. EasyToken provides access to third-party video, image and audio generation models, not chat models. Models, prices and availability may change.
2. Accounts and API keys
Keep your login credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Revoke a key in your dashboard if it may have been exposed and contact us about unauthorized access. You must have the authority to use the Service for any organization you represent.
3. Credits, quotes and failed jobs
Usage is charged from prepaid credits. Model prices are based on Kie.ai's price multiplied by 1.15, with the quoted amount calculated from the selected model and options before a task is submitted. The published comparison is a dated snapshot; current costs and available models may change. Credits are purchased as one-time top-ups, not a subscription. Credits do not expire under the current account policy. When a job reaches a failed state, the Worker returns its reserved task credits to the account balance and records zero task cost. Pending jobs are not automatically treated as failed. Contact us about payment disputes or refund requests; mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected.
4. Inputs, outputs and providers
You must have permission to submit your prompts and media and to use resulting outputs. You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. You permit us and our upstream providers to process inputs and outputs as needed to deliver and support the requested generation. Model-provider terms may apply. Outputs may be similar to others' outputs and may not be accurate, original or suitable for your purpose; review them before use and secure any required permissions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to violate law or the rights of others, exploit minors, distribute non-consensual intimate content, impersonate people deceptively, commit fraud, spread malware, attack the Service or evade applicable upstream provider restrictions. We may restrict access in response to abuse, legal obligations or security risks.
6. Third parties and availability
Jobs depend on Kie.ai and downstream model providers. Models and upstream services may change or become unavailable. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a specific generation result or an output-link lifetime.
7. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. We may update these Terms and post a revised date here. Where applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it.
